Multi-Disciplined NDT Inspectors - Cleveland, OH
X-R-I Testing currently has openings for Multi-disciplined Nondestructive Testing Inspectors needed for field work out of our Cleveland, OH facility at American Tank and Fabricating (AT and F). AT and F is a unique heavy fabrication welding facility that constructs heavy walled storage cylinders that must be inspected using various NDT methods. X-R-I Testing is searching for individuals with Level 2 certification in the majority of the methods being used. Some of the NDT methods being implemented are VT or CWI, PT/MT/UT/RT.

Level 2 Ultrasonic Phased Array, MT & PT Inspector - Field Services - Troy, MI
Commercial NDT facility requiring diverse multi-disciplined inspector. Certified Level 2 experience in Phased Array Ultrasonics, preferred additional certification in Level 2 MT and PT as well as API 653 and CWI. Tank to Aerospace to automotive inspections. Inspector needed for Field Services work at customer site as well as some in-house responsibilities within the Troy facility.

Level 1 RT and PT technicians needed - Zeeland, Michigan
XRI Testing is currently seeking individuals who are fully qualified for certification as NAS-410 Level 1 or Level 2 in either Liquid Penetrant, Radiography, or both. Inspection of aircraft and power generation investment castings, fuel system components, and super alloys at customer co-located site. Radiographic processes are digital and film. Aerospace experience is preferred.

Level 2 RT and PT Technician - Greenville, South Carolina
X-R-I Testing's South Carolina Facility has as its main focus the inspection of fuel system components for land-based turbine systems at our customer co-located facility. XRI Testing is currently seeking an individual who is fully qualified for certification as Level 2 in either Liquid Penetrant, Radiography, or both.

Level 2 or 3 MT/PT Inspector - Skokie, IL
X-R-I Testing is searching for a qualified Level 2 or 3 Inspector certified in both MT and PT for inspection of components in a customers Nadcap accredited facility inSkokie, IL.
This individual will be the sole representative responsible for all of the NDT work on site.
This individual is expected to work closely with engineers, communicate issues, timelines and expected turnarounds. Majority of the work is all ASTM. Components consist of raw casting materials, small shafts and gears. Must have ability to recognize discontinuities and experience with primes is a plus.

Training and Consulting - L2 / L3 ET, UT, VT
X-R-I Testing is currently seeking advanced Level 2 multi-certified technicians aspiring to become a Level 3 or current Level 3 with UT, VT and ET qualifications, experience in Nadcap NDT operations, Aircraft Maintenance inspection, FAA NDT Repairman experience, USAF NDI Technician, or NDT Trainer experience. The scope of this position is for NDT MRO shops and other NDT Level 3 responsibilities. Applications with airframe and engine overhaul aerospace NDT inspections. Potential aircraft component applications. Must be capable of establishing inspection practices, training NDT inspectors, Responsible Level 3 role, and examiner assignments.

Film and Digital Image Interpreters Needed
X-R-I Testing is searching for certified Level 2 or 3 RT Examiners. Position opportunities available for skilled film and digital image interpreters of advanced aerospace casting inspections for both aero-engine and power generation requirements. Investment casting experience is a must. Interpretation of alloys, Nadcap operational experience, and Level 2 certification in PT is beneficial.
