Rick Bourdon, Director of NDT Training & Consulting
Rick has over 36 years of NDT experience in RT, MT, PT, UT, VT/CWI and related chemical processes as an inspector, facility manager and operations manager. His broad experience includes NDT applications ranging from IGT and Aerospace to Petrochemical and Automotive as well as a variety of others and currently holds ASNT Level 3 certification in RT, UT & MT. Rick joined X-R-I Testing in 1977 and has worked within all of our operations, and has an extremely diverse perception of NDT applications for any material type or form.

Bill Evridge, Consultant
Bill has 37 years in NDT and holds numerous certifications including ACCP Professional Level 3, ASNT Level 3 in RT, UT, MT, PT, VT and a variety of other “Prime” Level 3 approvals. Past certifications include Navy Nuclear RT, UT, MT, PT, VT; Honeywell approved Level 3 in RT, MT, and PT; AWS-CWI and IRRSP. Bill’s extensive knowledge and experience include all the major NDT methods and processes. Bill serves as X-R-I Testing’s Corporate Level 3.

Bob Henchar, Staff Level 3 Consultant & Instructor
Bob has more than 25 years of aerospace and commercial NDT experience, certified as an XRI NAS410 and ASNT Level 3 in PT/MT/RT. Bob holds specific Level 3 approvals from The Boeing Company in RT/MT & PT and Rolls Royce plc in PT & MT, as well as an AWS-CWI certificate. Bob graduated from Hutchinson Area Vocational Technical Institute in 1983 and, after 10 years in Phoenix, Arizona developing his technical and leadership skills, he joined X-R-I Testing as a method Level 3. After more than 12 years in management, most recently our Cleveland, Ohio facility, Bob is enjoying a new role within the NDT Training & Consulting Group, utilizing technical abilities as well as inter-personal skills which made him successful as a Manager. Additionally, Bob is an instructor on staff at the XRI NDT Training Center, training in RT/MT/PT methods.

Staci Patterson, Staff Level 3 Consultant & Instructor
Staci has an Associate’s degree in NDT from Spartan School of Aeronautics, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Phillips University. She has 13 years of Quality/NDT experience and holds NAS410 and ASNT Level 3 certifications in both RT and PT. Staci spent several years as the Responsible Level 3 in our Portland, OR facility with a primary focus on investment casting RT, including Computed Radiography of medical implants and significant fracture critical experience on the F22 aerospace casting program.

Brad Kraai Staff Level 3 Consultant & Instructor
Brad has been in the NDT industry for over 25 years, with extensive RT experience. He’s held numerous certifications including X-R-I NAS 410 Level 3, Examiner, ASNT, PWA, Navy Nuclear, Allied Signal, and IRRSP. He also has broad experience in gamma field radiography, aerospace investment casting radiographic interpretation, Level 3 RT department leadership, sales engineering for RT systems, equipment, and consumables, and facility management. Brad is an RT and Radiation Safety Instructor as well as X-R-I Testing’s Corporate Radiation Safety Officer.
