Print out the registration form, fill it out and send it along with your check (payable to X-R-I Testing) for the full amount of the class or classes to:

Enrollment cannot be accepted without a signature and deposit.
All Course fees must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to course commencement.
X-R-I Testing will provide a confirmation of receipt of Enrolment Form and payment in writing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy - All course cancellations or transfer requests must be received by X-R-I Testing in writing no less than 10 days prior to the course start date for refund (less non-refundable deposit). Any cancellations or transfer requests received after this date will result in forfeiture of 50% of fees paid. If X-R-I Testing cancels any class all funds paid shall be refunded in full unless optional date is requested.
